Uber Eats False Advertising and useless customer services

Totally useless in terms of communication. I ordered a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Meal on the App along with a coke and 2 sides and was charged double, plus they never deliivered the coke. I immiediately mentioned this in the rating via the app, got no response at all. When I followed up yesterday via Facebook because no response on the app, the person chatting to told me because it was purchased over 48 hours ago they cannot refund me. It's not my fault they did not respond to my complaint via the app. It has happened before, and it was sorted out immediately. Perhaps Uber should employ someone to control and monitor feedback via the App. I will not order from Uber Eats again until they refund me. It's also false advertising putting Buy 1 Get 1 Free on the menu then charging for both.
