uber eats failure
Never ever order from uber eats. they cannot resolve issues.
Driver arrives with 0 food. doesnt know where the restaurant is. wait 40 minutes and still counting for cold food. support cannot get hold of the driver etc. funds went off account very quickly.
but they cannot bother to resolve it correctly

Haseeb from customer support directly states "Unfortunatly, we do not provide call support in your region."

this is the support you get from them in their own application does not do justice to a customer.
simply put uber eats will take your money and not care about after sales. this is one way to keep customers away. i think this should be made common knowledge to the public. that uber eats does not support South Africa directly
