Uber eats failed to deliver my food

Good evening,

I made an order at 13:27 today and I didn’t receive my order yet my money was deducted from my account, a total amount of R222 was deducted from my account. The driver didn’t even call me and I was waiting outside for my order but nothing.

How do I escalate this issue?
