UBER EATS FAILED ME!

The Uber delivery guy tried calling me but I was unreachable so he decided to leave my food at a random adress and send me a Pic saying food was delivered.

I tried logging a dispute with Ubereats saying although I was unreachable the driver had left it at a random persons driveway gate.So my order never reached me all the while I was sitting In my lounge awaiting my food.The told me that unfortunately I am not eledgible for a refund as the driver tried calling and adhered to their policy.There policy doesn't state that the driver my leave the food at any random adress.
