Uber Eats - Facilitates Theft - Leaves Victim in the Lurch

Don't Ever EVER Use Uber Eats - I was ****** by one of their delivery guys on the 28th of January 2020. He used my phone, account and application to make over R2100 of ********** purchases. Uber Eats is impossible to deal with as they send an automated reply with every help message. They won't give me a refund for their employees theft - strange since i would expect them to care about their customers - but will instead lead you through a maze of automated replies and channels. Their application is fundamentally broken and IT IS ******** that they don't have any local support. They are disconnected with their clients. I have spent the past week leasing with them only to be no further with this issue than when I started. I want my money back. The statements are attached along with all the orders.
