Uber eats ****

I really have an issue with Uber eats driver for chicken lickens in my area on December 16 2021 I ordered chicken Licken from ontderkkers since I had a one week old baby.. With for delivery time when it said 1 min we went to the Pick up area and the driver never came it stayed on 1 min while we made numerous calls to him eventually he sent an app message saying he does t know where I am and he can't all me cause his speaker is not working... I paid for food I never received

On 6 March again I ordered food same place to the value of R130 the driver came and I had 150 with me he said that he doesn't have change I understood he couldn't leave the bike with me so I walked to the nearest shop in my complex to get change and I paid him. Two day ago I try to make on order for my kids it says I owe R114 💔😳how the hell would I pay only R14 to a driver that just gave me food to the value of 140
