Uber eats extremely disappointing

Guys be careful these holidays,I know we use these guys for convenience to assist during these busy times.Guess what I almost collapsed because of hunger,my food never got delivered.Asked for their help only for them to tell me the order never reached the restaurant and must place again.Place again with which money because it was still hanging on their app not cancelled so I ended up not being helped or getting the food not sure if I'll even be refusing. So just try and make time and collect your own food to avoid disappointments and the inconvenience
