Uber eats Extra charge n cancelled the order

I just paid my order fully and the driver cancelled the order after I paid him and this is not the 1st time.... My previous order they did this and said i paid R50 of which i paid full amount for my order whats wrong with the Uber drivers I'm so annoyed with this

Please remove that charge coz i don't owe Uber eats what the **** is wrong with these ppl
