I ordered two cakes from Château Gâteau in morning side Durban for my dad’s birthday. The uber driver’s bike broke down and then the order showed as delivered. There was no delivery to my dad.I am flabbergasted that there is a pin which you need to give the driver to process the order however in this situation the pin was not given but the order was still processed. So I am baffled as to how the order status was “delivered “. Furthermore more Uber refuses to refund me R 637.80. Luckily I have all the screenshots. Uber is pathetic and I won’t let this slide even i have to go to the ombudsman.
