uber eats employes anything

I ordered food this morning never received your order but its marked as delivered and the driver claims to say he tried phoning me but that's a lie he even said he was at the office and im sitting infront as you enter the office which is another lie he then said he left the food at the security taking a foto of the food on his bag now im being refused my money back and also no food so i need to be a looser of food and money
