Uber Eats

I order Mcdonalds (5 meals) on the 27th of November 2019. The meals were not delivered, l received a message that the order has been delivered. The following day l contacted Uber eats, they promised to refund the money into my bank account. From then, whenever l sent a query, they just copy and paste the same response. l haven't received my money till today.
