Uber eats

The service is ridiculous. I deleted my uber app as well as uber eats. How can you be charged for an order that was never received? The driver told me he is not by the correct place. He is on his way. He cancels the order and i am told by uber that he waited 8min. Your company just lost a loyal customer. Let me use Mr Ds. Because your service is pathetic.

How can a big company not have a call centre that you can call? Pathetic if you ask me.
