Uber Eats

I ordered food through the app. and was very disappointed as the delivery driver when getting out of the vehicle spilled my drinks and said she lost the lids of the containers which is already a safety risk, then upon giving me the bag of food the 1 seal was broken. Upon inspecting the food I noticed 2 of the burger patties was half cooked and there was a hair on the fries, I took pictures and contacted the support, sent them the pictures and discription and told them we threw the food out as it posed a safety risk to myself, 1 year old daughter and my wife, they in return said they can't do anything about it and didn't even think to issue a refund or contact the restaurant regarding this! I won't ever recommend them because of their after sales support as they do not assist clients if something poses a safety risk, I will be sharing on social media platforms but they are welcome to keep the R271 that they so badly want as I feel that peace of mind and not wasting my money in future or other people's money is worth much more.
