Uber Eats drvers are crooooks

I ordered from Chicken licken(The Glen),since I work in the hospital,I specifically wrote the ward where the driver(Joseph) must bring the food,then my phone rang for 2sec and he drops the call,in few minutes I see a message written order completed.

When I check where he might claim he left the order,you clearly see when he took the pic he was still on car parking lot as you can see the yellow line,I called the receptionist they never saw the Uber Eats driver

This is the second time this happens to me,I think these drvers are smart and they can see that the Company they work for is toooo blind to see whats going on.Uber Eats told me that I'm not gonna get refunded

I would advise people not to use Uber Eats,their drivers are croooks 😡😡
