Uber eats drivers! - ****mers!

For the second time now, Uber eats drivers have delivered my food to the wrong address and when I message them and call them on the app they ignore and then request that I pay them extra money. I have expressed this to Uber eats but they just go silent and the money is never returned. I will never buy on uber eats again because it is honestly starting to feel like a continuous **** for me. I wish bolt had a food delivery option so I could order there as their drivers are more efficient and actually communicate effectively. Worst experience of my life!
