Uber eats drivers lying about delivering your order

I missed their driver and he messaged me to tell me he left the food at the gate. I tried calling it went straight to voicemail. I then review video footage and seen that the driver **** and went off with my food. Sent the proof to Uber eats and they refused to refund me saying he waited 8 minutes. Save your money and delete that app. Disgusting and dishonest.
