Uber eats drivers collect your food that then goes missing the drivers are rude & don't bother reporting it Uber Eats does nothing

This is the second time that you deliver to me and there is food missing. Food that I have paid for. The first time the driver has the cheek to tell me to raise it with you which I did in writing within 10 minutes and your response was that the complaint was older than 48 hours which was nonsense and I responded as such. I contacted Steers who confirmed that your driver collected all the items but they went missing in transit. Again now my item is missing, I cannot get hold of the driver at all. He called me at 17:06 I opened I was with him at his bike at 17:07 he shouts at me telling me I kept him waiting. I had to show him his call and what the time is now. So not only am I expected to work with *******, UBER does nothing about the nonsense and then I must get shouted at by someone who has no concept of time.
