UBER EATS DRIVERS

Ordered food on the 04th January 2026 at about 16:30 from KFC Bedfordview, which the food was scheduled to arrive at the house by 17h00. We have been checking the app the entire time and the driver was still on route. At about 17:07, the driver sends a message with a picture that he left the food at the gate but when we checked, there was no food. We checked our camera footage and saw that the driver placed the food on the ground, took the picture and put the food back into his scooter box and drove off. While he was reversing to take off, my husband was opening the garage door to meet the driver and even whistled at the driver to stop but he carried on driving. We complained and contacted the app and even sent an email on the very same day and to date no feedback. These people are a syndicate and they need to be stopped immediately. We had to drive to KFC Bedfordview and order the same food again because the restaurant said that the matter is out of their hands and that we are to communicate with them directly, but look now, it is two weeks later and still no response... Ridiculous!!!
