Uber Eats drivers are now a ****

I ordered my food to the same address more than 100 times but for some reason it picked the address for my neighbor cool...i quickly put instruction for the uber driver called Ian who ignored my instruction and went on to take a picture of gate of my neighbour did not buzz and made a U turn and left without delivering my food At this moment I was already on my way but he must have used the back road as was trying to call him he did pick up but w3as not telling me who he gave food too was mumbling something I did not even hear I tried reaching out to uber but no avail So I lost my money as uber just ignores and the sad thing is the place has cameras he left without delivering
