Uber eats drivers are ****mers

I love Uber eats but their delivery drivers are *****'s because of the pin thing they introduce. If u notice, that pin is the 4 last digits of your cellphone number so if a driver once delivered to u they know your number so they can enter the pin and go. This once happened to me

I couldn't even reach them because the company doesn't have proper customer support just automated chatbots and they don't respond on any of their social media accounts. I couldn't find their customer support anywhere on web
