Uber eats drivers are food *******!!!

I ordered food for my family from KFC dobson point using the ubereats app. The food was never delivered. This is the second time that I placed an order via Uber eats and it was not delivered.the first I reported the driver and never got a response. Ive been trying to call uber eats however I am unable to get through. Appauling service, DO NOT USE UBER EAT!!!!!
