Uber Eats drivers are a ****

I ordered a meal at Nando’s last night. The driver called once with the 087 number. When I tried to call back I couldn’t get through the number. My order was updated as delivered with the picture uploaded as a proof that it was left at the door. I checked with the security officer at the reception and there was no order left there. Therefore the driver called Isaac left with my order and Uber Eats does not want to refund me
