Uber eats drivers accepts deliverys but doesnt collect the food for 45 minutes!

I ordered food with Uber eats today. ETA was 20 to 30 minutes. The restaurant is about 600 metres from me. I then waited 60 minutes before calling the restaurant who said the food had been ready for almost 45 minutes already and the driver was not coming. my app showed that the driver was collecting the order but wasn't moving. for 45 minutes.
