uber eats drivers
uber eats driver are **** even their customer care its bull ****,last night the driver supposed to deliver the food but food was not there to us..on the uber eats said food delivered but no food we got,i tried to report the matter into their customer service but hardluck

09 Oct 2021, 19:00Matter with Nandos boulders mall in Midrand and Uber eats. The app notified that the meal ordered has been delivered however we never received it. When we called Nandos we were told to call Uber eats who then said they could not help us as the order was placed by my friend who is oversees and he needs to make the query mind you time difference. So today we received a call from Nandos and the driver. He claims we were not around after saying he buzzed the wrong number and according to him Uber said he should throw the food away. My question does Nandos and Uber eats not have policies and procedures in place to have some kind of order and control?
