Uber Eats driver Unprofessional and dangerous behavior

I need to report a very serious incident with a delivery driver. Order #5C5C8 was sent as a gift to my boyfriend. The driver (Brian) marked the order as delivered while my boyfriend did not see a single delivery person by the gate as he went out when the app shows the driver was 5 mins away.

When I called the driver, he was shouting, could not communicate properly and ignored that the order included my boyfriend’s contact number. He also went to the wrong address.

When he eventually arrived, my boyfriend noticed the driver smelled of alcohol and appeared drunk (eyes and behaviour). This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous.
