Uber Eats Driver Stole My Whole Order. Uber Refuses To Refund Me.

I ordered a meals for my family on Uber Eats and the app showed the driver is on his way. The driver then sent me a message in the app saying his GPS isn't working and asked for my phone number so he can confirm when he's at my place.

The driver actually ****med me because he used my phone number to confirm delivery while he stole all the food.

I reported this to Uber Eats via the app, email and Instagram, and they kept telling me the same thing. They can't refund me.

I even sent them a screenshot of the message the driver sent me and his name and registration number with the times. They still didn't accept this and said they can't refund me.

I took this to TikTok and thousands of people now know what Uber Eats has done and stand in agreement. This is *****ING. HOW is this right? HOW do these businesses get away with ripping us off and taking our hard earned money???!!!

I need my refund! How does one even get in contact with the right people from Uber Eats? Please help me?
