Uber Eats driver stole my food

I am a regular Uber Eats customer but today's service was the most disgusting. I ordered from Romans Pizza in Northriding only to be told that my food has been collected and apparently it's been ******. 1. I fail to understand why Uber Eats is now hiring *********? What verification process do your driver's go through to ensure that they have a clean ******** record? 2. Why does your customer services close at 9, whilst you have drivers who work around the clock and how are customers supposed to seek assistance if there is no one available to assist? I am utterly disappointed at how Uber is dropping the ball
