Uber eats driver stole my food and uber doesn’t wanna refund me the amount spent

I ordered my food to be delivered between 8:45 and 9 pm but the driver delivered at 8:30. He had called me and submitted a picture showing that he left my food outside, on the road ! There were cameras and many witnesses who saw him take a picture and take my food with him before i could even collect it. I called the driver but it went to a different spam number instead and a different name. I tried calling steers as well but they were unavailable. True caller had shown me multiple complaints for this same driver and uber eats has done nothing about this !? There were a few errors while i tried contacting customer support which is ridiculous! This driver had done this many times before and clearly uber eats is okay with it.

Working a 10 hour shift without lunch because of this ! I still have not gotten a response or my refund/replacement! Will never order from uber eats again !
