Uber eats driver stole my food and I want a refund

I just had the worst experience with this ubereats brand I made an order online and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel I then contacted the driver who stole my food and Uber is refusing to refund me my money , I called the driver and he never came to deliver , I gave him the correct address and he still didn’t come after he told me he was on his way already, this driver is a lier and a ***** and he gives Uber eats a bad name # so disappointed and very hungry , what kind of people does Uber eats work with ? So ************* I’m very disappointed and Ive sent countless messages asking for a refund instead I got double billed for a different order as well , what kind of thievery is this ? Is there no one to assist me with such ? Because I’ve tried getting a refund but no one has gotten back to me about this
