UBER EATS DRIVER STOLE MY FOOD

Ordered food this morning from Chicken Liken Rivonia on Uber eats. The driver didn't call or text me in the app. Literally sent me a picture saying he left my food outside the door on the chair in our office park. I quickly rush down and the security guards say he just took the picture and put the food in his bike and left!!! The driver literally stole my food.

Lodged a complaint on Uber eats and was told my order DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND!!!!

I mean what ******* is this??? I literally paid R81 for food i never received as it was ****** by a driver and am not getting any assistance or my money back.

UBER EATS SERVICE HAS GONE TO THE PITS!!! AFTER THIS I AM DELETING THEIR APP AND MOVING TO MR DELIVERY!!!!
