Uber eats driver stole my delivery

I had ordered on Uber eats and the driver went to the wrong address. He calls and says that he is outside so I go look, man is nowhere to be found. He calls then I tell him that he is at the wrong address and I gave him my address. He said he is reporting the issue to Uber and so did I. He then wrote back saying “on my way” literally a second later a pop up to rate the order came up. Mind you he never arrived. When I reported the issue to Uber they said driver waiting over 8 minutes and was not able to get a hold of me and they can’t refund my money. R128 might not sound like much but it is and I needed everything that I ordered. Why can’t they access the conversation between the driver and I? So he can be held responsible for what he said? I have screenshots of my address during the order and the time also shows I have screenshots of the conversation between the driver and I! Uber Eats has messed up their entire reputation
