Uber Eats Driver *****s my Meal

I had the worst experience. The delivery guys is such a ***** it’s ********. I watched from my flat window, he just drove up, put my food in the floor, took a pic and then put it back in his bike and drive away. How can people be so devious? I fully paid for my food and now they say I will get a refund in 19 days. My kids will now have to have supper even later, and I have to arrange another meal for them, while I am still out of pocket. This is completely unacceptable and I want that driver Cassam to be severely dealt with for this disgusting behaviour. This is what deters people from online shopping and puts a lot of good delivery people out of jobs. Just because one person is so dishonest. Horrific.

My order is #18918 out through on the 19/03/22.

Please can somebody explain to me, what happened to my food and how can this even be allowed to take place in the first place?
