UBER Eats Driver *****s food

I place a order and only half the order arrived when I contacted Uber Eats help desk they told me they will not refund the missing food. This amounts to theft beware of UBER EATS not honouring there deliveries, I contacted the restaurant and they have proof of the driver taking the full order it was two parcels and I only received 1. They Lazy driver did not even get out his car he just handed my daughter the parcel and drove off before we could even check the order.
