UBER EATS DRIVER SAMEL STOLE MY ORDER!

I have received the worst service from Uber Eats on the 08/04/25. I placed an order on Uber Eats Market for the Fruits and Vegetables on Tuesdays. I checked my app later to track where the driver was as it was already a while later and to my surprise it showed that the order was delivered.. Delivered to who? On the app it shows the Samel left my order at Security and claimed to have tried calling me.. I haven't received missed calls or any messages. I then went downstairs to security and they confirmed that indeed he did not leave any order or even sign the register to show that he was coming up to our office. I showed them his picture as per Uber Eats and He definitely did not deliver my order at " security" as they claimed. What I don't understand is how SAMEL was able to hand over my order to whoever without even receiving my 4 digit pin, He just dropped it off somewhere and left.. I spoke to Uber support and they refusing to help me as they claim he waited 21 minutes and tried calling me as he followed company policy, I demanded a refund and they kept sending me the same reply saying that i am not eligible for a refund they cant assist. This is THEFT!! I lost money and I didn't get my order . This is completely unacceptable and I will not leave this.
