Uber eats driver ****s not delivering your food

Totally disgusted with Uber eats. My order of R350 down the drain. I placed an order. While tracking the order and saw driver was on his way. Myself and my kids was sitting in our front yard waiting for our delivery. Driver never pitched and order status changed to completed. On contacting the driver, his phone number listed does not exist. I called the store I ordered from Burger King bellville they were also useless answering my questions regarding if a pick up was done for my order. However Uber eats does not have a contact number and you can only contact them via the app. They advise me of the following lies. 1. Driver was waiting my address for 16 minutes. 2. Driver tried making contact multiple times. 3. As per their policies, the Driver did his job and im NOT ELIGLE FOR REFUND. ALL OF THEIR ELIGATIONS IS NOT TRUE. I NEVER GOT A SINGLE CALL FROM THE DRIVER, HE WAS NEVER AT MY ADRESS. I called the driver and his number does not exist. I mean R350 just so gone. Totally suck
