UBER EATS DRIVER RUNS OFF WITH PAID FOOD

I have never experienced such brazen theft and disrespect from Uber Eats. My account was debited for food I did not even receive. The so called driver name Alex Number plate number of KJ15YBGP did not deliver my food, he did not pick up any calls when I called to check how far he was with my order. More over I spoke to an online consultant who just ended our chat while I was explaining. Is this how you treat your customers UBER EATS? Are your drivers in the business of robbing people of their food and money? Totally unacceptable and ************ behavior, to say I'm appalled is an understatement. This is absolutely revolting
