Uber eats driver never appeared with my order

I placed an order with them at 11:00 and it was due for deliver at 12:45pm today. The driver however said he was there but i never saw him as i was waiting for him at our main entrance at old mutual. I tried to contact him but his phone was off and he hardly tried to respond to my messages still at this time. I feel that i was ****** by this person named Gift "reg nr CF 76656".
