Uber Eats driver misconduct

I ordered Pizza on Uber Eats today from Roman's Pizza mall of Tembisa.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent delivery issue with my order placed on 09 April from Roman's Pizza. The order was supposed to be delivered to my provided address but unfortunately, the driver failed to hand over the pizza to me.

To make matters worse, the driver took a picture of the pizza placed on my gate, claiming it was delivered. However, I never received the pizza, and it was left unattended on the gate he claims. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention to detail shown by the driver.

He claims he called me while he never did. I even drove to the restaurant and they confirmed that the driver took the order.

I wrote to their customer support ans they refusing to refund me. I believe this is the least that Uber Eats can do, considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the driver's actions.
