Uber Eats driver ****med me! His profile name is Uchiz and Uber Eats has treated me insensitively because of their application while we're getting ****** by your drivers! Do something about this!!!

This is really sickening!! Uber Eats has a driver named Uchiz in Roodepoort Gauteng who ****med me. On the app I have the exact address as well as my unit number and he claimed to be waiting for me for 8 minutes and my order is cancelled BUT This Damn driver took a picture of my order and sent it to me on the UBER EATS app claiming that he left my order by the gate and he took it back and he put the order back on to his bike and drove off with my order. I reported the driver and I was told that this app shows that he delivered my food and he waited for me trying to reach out after I also had tried sending him texts via the app and he ignored my texts. I then went and got footage of the event from the securities only to see that he rode off with my food after he stated that he delivered my order by the gate. This is really unsatisfactory when UBER has the audacity to tell me "unfortunately" after my entire money (order) was ****** by their driver!! I went back to the store and got his records and contact details only to find out his phone is off for the rest of the day! I have used my exact address on the app and orders got to my door But this one saw an opportunity to **** me right on camera! Uber Eats has to be very concerned about the misconduct of their drivers. They have ****med me and I will never use this app again!!
