Uber eats driver gave my food to the wrong person

I ordered good from them , the app said that they would notify me once the driver gets close and that the driver would make contact with me ...and that he would wait if you don't respond.... But no i just got notified by the app that my food has been delivered and that i must tip the driver... I lost my money cause i payed online . The even a photo of my order !!??? I am extremely unhappy !!
