Uber eats driver dropped my food on the Pavement in Cape Town CBD

Yesterday I placed an order on Uber Eats while at work. While waiting for the order the time of the order kept on bring pushed back of the Order. I work in Bree street and the placed I order was in long street. The driver confirmed he was waiting at the bottom in the building I work, as made my way to collect the order the Uber Eats drive sent me a picture of my food I just order being left on the Pavement in the Street on Bree Road Cape Town. There is a receptionist in the building address I have used.

I was so confused in this moment to why the driver left my food on the pavement. To my surprise when I got to the pavement there was other Uber Eats drivers eatting my food. This is not the first time I have dealt with this matter. Previous I had the Uber eats driver confirmed he delivered the food but he never came. I started a conversation with Uber Eats and explained what happened yesterday and I stated I would like a refund for the food I never got. It was told to me they will take this as feedback but they can not refund my money. I am really not happy about this.
