Uber Eats driver disappeared with my order

I placed an order on the 10 Dec at KFC The Glen 9 piece bucket via Uber Eats app at 8pm. My order was supposed to be delivered by 8:50 pm. The first driver Nkosana who was to deliver my order cancelled then it showed me that Sello is now the one to deliver my order. Sello took my order from KFC The Glen and disappeared. In the app now it showed me another driver Julius that's when I got suspicious and called the store to find out what's happening. The store confirmed that the order was taken by the second driver Sello and I have to contact Uber Eats. I tried to get help from Uber eats so they could refund my R212.00 but nothing. I want a refund please assist me. I am so disappointed in their poorest service.
