Uber eats driver did not give me my order

Good day. On the 10th of May I ordered food via Uber eats app. And my food never got delivered. I called the support number but they said they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours but till today I did not receive any assistance. The app shows that I received my order and I never did. I requested the driver to meet me at the buses entrance at Johannesburg zoo but he refused. I really need a refund. The driver even took a picture holding my order instead of taking a picture giving the order to the security. And how can he leave with my order and claim that I received my order when I did not even give him the 4 digits pin? I’m really not happy.
