Uber Eats Driver

Ordered my Food via Ubereats as per usual and my instructions are ALWAYS to leave the food at reception. However, for some reason today, the driver decided to place my food on the floor, take a photo and then claim he "struggled" to get a hold of me. No text and just ONE attempt to call me and then he/she left!! The fact that he took a photo right next to my work building and didn't even attempt to go in to ask for me is annoying. Now I have possibly lost R 143.25 for NOTHING!!! I'M SO ANNOYED!!!!!
