Uber eats driver caused thousand of damages to my car.

One of the uber eats driver jumped the stop street and came speeding in our car causing thousands of damages. I sent Uber eats emails with the driver's details and quotation to fix our car and the first time they responded saying that someone will contact me. I sent a follow up email but its been 6 weeks and I received no response.
