Uber eats driver

I never knew you can go to jail for something you never do. I woke up in the morning trying to go online and see that the phone need attention and it is saying contact support i try to call them and they tell me to submit the details on help in the app and i did. It takes time for them to respond of which i wanted to go work and by that time i didn't get help. Then i call again. When they respond i quickly replayed with full of confident knowing that i have never share the account or change my device so i they can check and i will be back online in the next 12 hrs but it took time again to receive their massage and it was the same massage with no answer on how i can make it work so the guys gave me hope and tell me to keep on texting and today i got a massage that say " the decision was made and there is nothing to do" i work for this company for a year and this is how they treat me. I can't defend myself because their decision was made. I even try to say can you check on my device if it was changed you can say that it was ***** and they can check and see it but it never help as i'm writing i have no power to fight for my rights because they told me they will never attend me. This was the only job that was feeding my family. but their services is bad they don't care how you feel or how long you work for them.
