Uber eats driver being a food *****

Driver collected the order in store, and did not deliver it to me. He never tried to contact me that the order is on its way, money was taken for the order, and yet and I still hungry. Not to mention, it's very hard ti get though to customer support to complain abou the poor service so I'd like a call please.
