Uber eats *********** driver and poor customer service!!!

On Saturday I ordered a pizza from uber eats for a restaurant called rebels pizza, I wrote my address and I waited fortheorder. I received an alert that the pizza it's near by, I went outside so that I can see the driver if he is getting lost. The driver pass my house and went 5 houses away from me and called me for 8 seconds. When I try to call back the driver because Cleary it's no common sense that someone would call for 8 seconds when I try to respond it cutted off, I called back 3 times with no response phone redirected to 2 different people not even the driver himself. When I try to address this the driver took pics at the shops far from the delivery address Uber eats drivers are not well trained and they cannot locate the right address.

When I try to address this issue with Uber eats they said that no refund the driver followed everything when the driver delivered the pizza at the wrong address and they won't refund my money. Which is clear that Uber eats *****s money from customers and they do not care about customers. As I have deleted the app because I don't want *********** services from Uber eats anymore they don't even address customers in a right manner all I heard was that I would not be refunded as the driver delivered pizza at a wrong address?

I tried emailing them but they were very rude to me and did not even care what I had to say. Busy defending the driver by informing me that the driver made a delivery. Yes, the delivery was made but at a wrong address not the ddress that I submitted which is 5 houses away I tried to tell them they refuse to hear me or understand my situation. Very dissatisfied by uber eats

Poor service service delivery when l want to order I will directly order from rebels pizza app or any apps definitely not uber eats.
