Uber Eats Driver

A particular Uber eats driver has picked my order twice and today is the second time he picks my order, He takes over 40 minutes to deliver the food and his bike/car doesn’t move and when I tried calling him multiple times he doesn’t answer his phone and Uber eats has no option to cancel and get a refund from your order once the order has been placed. Then the driver called me whenever he felt like he was ready to deliver my order telling me to give him 10 more minutes because he is walking. The drivers name is Samuel and his registration number that appears on Uber eats is JC44YZGP and his cellphone number is ***... The first experience I had with him was with my KFC order and Second one is the Mc Donald’s Order
