Uber eats driver ****

I had made two orders yesterday, concurrently with the same account, orders had a 2-5 min difference in their ETA, I received the first order without any trouble and then decided to wait outside as the other order was 2 mins away, I ended up waiting from 21:27 till 22:00, I then went back inside and I was waiting on my balcony which has a full view of my gate and the street in all directions without any obstructions on my view. No bike came close, passed by or seemed lost. They claiming the driver tried to contact me and had left the food outside while I was there the whole time, I have time stamped pictures of my live location at the incident time, full view of my gate, call logs of trying to communicate with the driver including in-app messages. Screenshots of the driver being in one spot that was 2 minutes away from me for more than 40 minutes until I get a message from their support team informing me that the driver tried to contact me and the order was delivered.
